PUBLICATION FEE
Our journal has consciously chosen not to seek public funding or run advertisements on our website, ensuring our autonomy and editorial independence. This decision is fundamental to maintaining the freedom of our work, free from external pressures.
To cover the expenses related to our publications, we have adopted a funding model in which the authors themselves contribute through the payment of a publication fee. This fee is calculated considering several factors, such as monthly fixed costs, variable expenses, and investments in infrastructure, including hosting for the publications, hiring qualified professionals (journalists, lawyers, librarians, IT specialists), communication services, accounting, DOI registration (in dollars), marketing, text revision and layout, equipment acquisition, taxes, and other expenses.
Acertte clarifies that there is no cost for the initial submission of articles. After the approval of the submitted text, the publication fees are as follows:
- R$ 200.00 for the publication of a final paper (TCC).
- R$ 300.00 for the publication of articles in Portuguese, English, or Spanish, with a fee of U$ 150.00 for foreign authors.
- R$ 450.00 for the publication of articles in the following combinations: Portuguese/English, Portuguese/Spanish, or Spanish/English (with translation done by the authors).
- R$ 450.00 for the publication of a TCC, dissertation, or thesis transformed into an article by our team.
- R$ 600.00 for the publication of an article in Portuguese/English (with translation done by our team).
Additionally, if corrections are required after publication, an additional fee of R$ 200.00 will be charged.
