Introduction: Feces parasitological diagnostic techniques can be classified in three ways: qualitative, quantitative and special. Usually when examining different techniques, fecal displays will present varied sensitivity in the detection of helminth eggs and larvae and protozoan cysts. The study aimed to perform a comparative analysis of 5 techniques of parasitological diagnoses of feces. Straight, Willis, Hoffman, Kato Katz and Ziehl Neelsen. Methodology: The study was conducted in Huambo Province, Huambo Municipality. This was a descriptive, cross-sectional study using fecal samples collected for 3 effective months, from January to March 2025, samples of 212 individuals of both sexes, aged between 18 and 50. Results: A qualitative and quantitative field study was conducted, in which 212 samples were studied, it was found that the Willis Technique was the most sensitive with 93.9% (199) of Positives and 6.1% (13) of Negatives, compared with the most technical ones. Final considerations: Through this study, it was found that the sensitivity of each technique was observed that all samples were positive. Thus, we can state that the prevalence of intestinal parasites in patients is high.
