Abstract

This article aims to draw the attention of the authorities, as well as society, to the less favored population. By the previous administrations, where the budget funds approved by the current year, are not being distributed correctly as a result of planning, and that are not executed for this type of public and also to raise awareness of society as a whole, to obtain a sensitive and human look, considering that there they need help due to the physical and psychological needs to cause less impact on the lives of these people. The methodology that this work was developed, occurred through bibliographic research, where the data passed on by the organs, show the number of people who receive salaries from the year 2001 to 2008. In the conclusion, it is demonstrated what actions this current government management is developing to improve the quality of life and actions to improve the education of families that have been assisted.
